This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be applicable.

Services and Project Satisfaction

GreenCAD Metrics offers construction, design, and renovation services that are tailored to each project. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to communicate your concerns as soon as possible so we can address them.

  • Initial Consultation: Clients are encouraged to review the project details thoroughly during the consultation phase to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Dissatisfaction Resolution: In the event that a project does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to adjust or correct the aspects of the work that fall within the project scope. Any changes outside the original scope may incur additional costs.

Material Returns and Replacements

If the project involves the supply of materials (e.g., fittings, fixtures, or appliances), we offer the following return policy for such items:

  • Eligibility for Return: Materials purchased through GreenCAD Metrics can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The client must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Materials: Returned materials must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Replacement or Refund: Depending on the issue, we will either replace the defective material at no additional cost or offer a refund. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is inspected and deemed eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or bespoke items tailored specifically to your project.
  • Used or installed materials.
  • Any materials purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return or report a defective product, please follow the steps:

2. Approval and Instructions:

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item, including shipping details or pickup arrangements.

Once the item is received, we will inspect it to confirm whether it is eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Refund or Replacement:

If approved, refunds will be processed within insert time frame, e.g., 14 days of the return. Replacements will be arranged as quickly as possible, depending on material availability.

Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be issued in the following manner:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) used during purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return approval. The exact timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project after it has been initiated, please refer to the specific terms in your service contract. Generally:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before construction or design work has started, we may offer a full or partial refund of any deposits paid.
  • After Work Has Begun: If a cancellation is made after work has begun, you will be liable for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including materials purchased and labor performed.
