Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, and/or engaging GreenCAD Metrics for services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the website or our services.
Scope of services
Greencad Metrics offers the following services:
- Residential and commercial construction projects
- Architectural design and consultation
- Civil works (e.g., drainage systems, settlement ponds)
- Renovation and remodeling
- Other related services in the field of construction
All services provided will be as per the agreed-upon terms in individual contracts. We reserve the right to modify the scope of services if required, with mutual consent from the Client.
Quotations and Payments
- Quotations: All quotations provided by GreenCAD Metrics are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts. We generally accept payments in installments based on project milestones. The final payment must be made upon completion of the project.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as stated in the contract.
- Currency: All prices and payments are in USD.
Client Obligations
- Access and Information: The Client must provide all necessary access to the construction site, along with accurate project details and any relevant permits, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Third-party Permissions: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all third-party permissions or consents (e.g., land permissions) are in place before construction begins.
Warranties and Liabilities
- Quality Assurance: GreenCAD Metrics ensures that all services will be executed with reasonable care and skill according to industry standards.
- Liability: GreenCAD Metrics is not responsible for any damages resulting from external factors, such as third-party actions, acts of nature, or unforeseen site conditions.
- Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on construction work. This warranty covers structural issues directly related to the construction work performed by GreenCAD Metrics.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. If the Client cancels the project before completion, the Client agrees to pay for all completed work and any materials already purchased for the project.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If no resolution is achieved, disputes will be referred to Environment and Land court in Kenya.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, plans, and drawings created by GreenCAD Metrics during the course of a project, remain the property of GreenCAD Metrics unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.
